- In Operations Research by Eiselt and Sandblom, p. 275 Problem 1. Note that only ad hoc analysis is required. Do not use an LP.
- Problems 20-22. (solutions). Note that crash costs here are presented as the total cost of maximum crashing. The per-unit cost must be computed by dividing the crash cost by the number of units (e.g. weeks/days) by which the activity can be accelerated.
