Representing UNB at Regional Competitions
There are two competitions in the Atlantic region in October.
- The Science Atlantic Contest is on October 13-14 in PEI.
- The Northeast North-American Satellite is October 29 in Moncton.
UNB Fredericton will one or more teams to both of these events. If you would like to be on those teams, please see below.
Qualifying for the team(s)
This year I will be choosing the teams in a different way. You have until until October 4 to solve as many problems as you can from the North American Qualifer (which happens synchronously on September 30) and previous Science Atlantic Contests. The questions in the North American Qualifier will be weighted higher, as they show ability to work under time pressure.
Sometime before midnight on October 4 send me your portfolio of solved problems.
Grad students and undergrads will be considered separately.

Last date to register is Thursday September 28
If you compete, send me a screen shot of your standings, and a zip/tar file of your accepted solutions.
Science Atlantic Problems
Here not just the number but the difficulty of the solved problems counts
Send me some visual that proves when you solved the problems. No fair sending in problems you solved last year.
