Dr. Michael Fleming has held various positions in academia since 2003, including Assistant Dean. He received his Bachelor of Science from Mount Allison University, and his Master of Mathematics degree and PhD from the University of Waterloo. He is interested in probability and utility theory and how they may be used in aiding professionals in other fields. He has supervised or co-supervised more than 20 graduate students and more than 60 undergraduate theses/reports.
